These terms govern use of the Wrapper4Hire website and booking platform by clients. Independent gift wrappers also enter a separate independent-contractor agreement. By using the platform or requesting a service, you agree to the applicable terms shown at checkout.

1. Services and bookings

Wrapper4Hire connects clients with participating independent gift wrappers for curbside/drop-off, on-site wrapping, pickup and delivery where offered, and related services. Available appointment windows and service areas vary. A booking request is not a guaranteed appointment until a wrapper accepts and the appointment is confirmed. Clients must provide accurate contact, gift, address, and scheduling information.

2. Service options and materials

Available options include customer-provided wrapping materials, Classic and Luxe wrapping, boxes and other add-ons. Pricing and any travel or workstation fees are disclosed in the booking estimate. Gift counts, dimensions, requested supplies, or scope changes may require a revised quote and client approval.

3. Payments and reservations

Payments are processed using supported methods, including Square for eligible online transactions. For qualifying appointments, a $25 reservation payment is due at booking and credited toward the service total; bookings with a total below $25 require full payment at booking. Applicable taxes, travel charges, and optional tips are shown separately when relevant. Never enter payment card information in chat or SMS.

4. Cancellations and changes

Changes depend on wrapper availability. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit, subject to applicable law and any different policy expressly disclosed at checkout. Earlier cancellations and refunds will be reviewed under the booking's disclosed terms. Contact Wrapper4Hire promptly for changes, service concerns, or billing disputes.

5. Service locations and safety

Clients must provide a safe, accessible work area for on-site services and accurate pickup or delivery instructions. Do not include dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items. Independent gift wrappers are not authorized to enter clients' homes except as required for a booked on-site service with client consent. Wrappers may decline unsafe assignments.

6. Independent providers

Gift wrappers are independent contractors, not employees of Wrapper4Hire. Wrapper4Hire coordinates platform bookings and may assist with service disputes. Provider identity, arrival windows, service scope, and other booking information will be made available through the platform as applicable.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, misuse referral codes, or attempt unauthorized access. Wrapper4Hire may restrict access for fraud, abuse, or safety concerns, consistent with applicable law.

8. Referrals and promotions

Gift-wrapper referral attribution is established only during a new client's initial registration through a valid referral link. Existing accounts cannot add or change a referrer. Any promotional benefit or special contractor commission is subject to its separate eligibility conditions and, where required, administrator approval.

9. Text message program

If you separately opt in, Wrapped Mobile Gift Wrapping LLC / Wrapper4Hire may send transactional SMS/MMS about account access, bookings, confirmations, changes, reminders, service arrivals, pickup/delivery updates, and (for participating wrappers or applicants) job and onboarding notices. Message frequency varies with activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase or platform registration. 10. Service issues and legal limitations

Report any service-quality, lost-property, or damage concern promptly with relevant booking details. Any warranty disclaimer, liability limitation, dispute-resolution mechanism, or governing-law provision will be adopted only after attorney review and clear publication. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Changes and contact
